Pasta all’uva

Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy, remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside. Sauté the diced onion in the same fat until translucent. Add about 200g of the bacon and the grapes, halved lengthwise, to the onions and stir in the crème fraîche. Season the sauce to taste with coarsely ground pepper and salt. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. If the sauce is too thick, thin with a little pasta water and fold in the drained pasta. Let it stand for a moment, then serve on warmed plates and sprinkle with the remaining bacon cubes. Serve the Parmesan cheese separately.
