Meat stew with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork loin(s)
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ jar white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Gorgonzola meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the loin into slices and dust with flour on both sides. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions until translucent, add the meat slices and fry on both sides. Once browned, pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a maximum of 10 minutes. Layer the meat slices in a shallow baking dish in a shingle pattern. Add the Gorgonzola in small chunks to the pan, add the parsley and a splash of milk, stir in the cheese, and let it melt. Pour the cheese sauce over the meat slices, place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes, and serve hot in the baking dish.
