Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 rolls (pretzel rolls), stale
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g minced meat
  • Mustard, sweet, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cream cheese, grainy
  • Radishes, some slices
  • Cucumber(s), fresh, a few slices
  • horseradish
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for the summer – barbecue evening on the balcony

Briefly sauté the cleaned mushrooms in butter with the onions. Knead the eggs, breadcrumbs, and ground beef into a paste, then add the spices and the mushroom and onion mixture. Form into meatballs and fry in a pan until crispy. Spread the cream cheese on the meatballs and garnish with radish and cucumber slices.
