Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 rolls (pretzel rolls), stale
- 2 eggs
- 500 g minced meat
- Mustard, sweet, hot
- salt and pepper
- 1 cream cheese, grainy
- Radishes, some slices
- Cucumber(s), fresh, a few slices
- horseradish
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for the summer – barbecue evening on the balcony
Briefly sauté the cleaned mushrooms in butter with the onions. Knead the eggs, breadcrumbs, and ground beef into a paste, then add the spices and the mushroom and onion mixture. Form into meatballs and fry in a pan until crispy. Spread the cream cheese on the meatballs and garnish with radish and cucumber slices.
