Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Crispy and juicy in just 4 minutes

Finely chop the onion. Then add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until evenly blended. Form seven patties, similar to burgers. Cook the patties on a contact grill at 210°C for 4 minutes.
