Roll the minced meat into small, finger-length rolls and grill them until crispy. Cut the baguettes open and lightly toast them. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and mozzarella and set aside. Top the toasted baguettes with the tomato and cucumber slices, place 2-3 minced meat rolls on top, and top with mozzarella and the washed arugula. Now just drizzle with a generous portion of the balsamic vinegar.
