Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Thoroughly combine all the seasoning ingredients and stir into the ground meat. Form small 2.5 cm meatballs. Add the meatballs to the boiling water and simmer until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain. The meatballs can be sautéed, grilled, or added to soup.
