- 600 g Ground beef
- 3 tablespoon Roasted Brazil nuts
- 5 tablespoon Rice Cuisine
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tomato vine tomato
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 3 tablespoon Chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoon Chopped ginger
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Roughly chop the Brazil nuts in the food processor. Cut the onions into rings. Finely dice the tomatoes.
- Mix the ground beef with the Brazil nuts and the rice cuisine.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
