Meatballs with Brazil Nuts

  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 3 tablespoon Roasted Brazil nuts
  • 5 tablespoon Rice Cuisine
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tomato vine tomato
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped coriander
  • 2 teaspoon Chopped ginger
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts in the food processor. Cut the onions into rings. Finely dice the tomatoes.
  2. Mix the ground beef with the Brazil nuts and the rice cuisine.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form the boulettes and fry them in a non-oiled pan.
