Ingredients
with dried tomatoes:
- 0,5 packet Couscous
- 190 ml Boiling water
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 turns Chilli from the mill
- 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 125 g French beans fresh
- 1 Pc. Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Pc. Spring onions fresh
gratinated :
- 1 Pc. Mozzarella
Instructions
Beans:
- Cut the ends of the French beans, cut into pieces and blanch.
Paprika :
- Cut off the lid, remove the inside, wash, cut the lid into small pieces and place in the cous-cous. Blanch the peppers.
