Ingredients
 

with dried tomatoes:

  • 0,5 packet Couscous
  • 190 ml Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 turns Chilli from the mill
  • 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 125 g French beans fresh
  • 1 Pc. Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Spring onions fresh

gratinated :

  • 1 Pc. Mozzarella

Instructions
 

Beans:

  • Cut the ends of the French beans, cut into pieces and blanch.

Paprika :

  • Cut off the lid, remove the inside, wash, cut the lid into small pieces and place in the cous-cous. Blanch the peppers.

Mix :

  • Pour boiling water over the couscous and let it steep. Add the tomato cubes, French beans, bell pepper (lid) and olive oil. Lift through and season.

subdue:

  • Cut the spring onion in half, wash and fold in. Stuff the peppers.

Gratinated :

  • Cover with mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes at 150 ° C.
