Meatballs in Red Wine Sauce with Noodles

The perfect meatballs in red wine sauce with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the meatballs

  • 750 g Minced meat
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

For the red wine sauce

  • 400 ml Red wine
  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 piece Shallots chopped

garnish

  • 500 g Spaghetti

Tasteful decoration

  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  1. Make meatballs from the ingredients and fry them all over in oil, remove and set aside. Sauté the chopped shallot in the frying fat, stir in the tomato paste and garam masala, add the meatballs and deglaze with wine and water. Let simmer 10-15 open. When the red wine sauce is thick, cook the pasta as usual, season with salt and pepper and arrange both on a plate and garnish with parsley.
