Mix all ingredients, except the meat, with the quark until evenly distributed. Add the onions and oats, and a small splash of water if desired. Mix everything thoroughly again and let stand for about 5 minutes. Mix the minced meat with the seasoned quark mixture until evenly distributed and a smooth mixture forms. Now form 8-10 equal-sized meatballs from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the meatballs in the oven at 170-180°C for at least 30 minutes. Turn the meatballs over after 15 minutes if necessary. Leave the meatballs in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer, depending on how browned you prefer them.
