Meatless Vegetable Pan

The perfect meatless vegetable pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 Rods Celery
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chinese spice
  • Clarified butter
  1. Peel the carrots, bell pepper and kohlrabi and cut into strips. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and slice. Wash the celery and cut into pieces. Peel, halve and slice the onion.
  2. Heat the butter lard in a pan and sauté the onions, peppers, carrots and celery. Season with salt, pepper from the mill and Chinese spices. Now add the zucchini and cook with them. Now deglaze with the soy sauce and let it boil down briefly. Now pour in the cream and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat. Season again to taste and serve.
  3. We had baguettes with it. Bon Appetit.
