  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 1 old one Bun
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Parsley root or parsnip
  • 1 pole Leek
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Soak the rolls carrots, dice parsnips, cut the leek into rings. Mix the meat loaf with the minced meat, leek, carrots, parsnips and rolls. Season with salt and pepper and form a loaf in a baking dish, bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 2 hours on the middle rack.
