Semolina Cake with Apricots

  • 1,5 liter Milk
  • 120 g Butter
  • 375 g Semolina
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 4 Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Cans Apricots
  1. Bring milk, butter, salt, sugar, lemon juice to the boil, sprinkle in the semolina, add the eggs, beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the slightly warm semolina mass. Put half of the mass into a cake tin, distribute the fruit, pour the remaining amount over it and bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. If you want, you can sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top after baking.
