Meatloaf with goat feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g feta cheese (goat feta)
  • 3 cucumber(s), fermented
  • 1 jar pickled peppers
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard, e.g. Löwensenf
  • 1 tsp, levelled black pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

from a 30 cm loaf tin

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a 30 cm (12-inch) loaf pan with oil. Dice the goat feta, cucumber, and bell peppers. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, preferably by hand. Pour the mixture into the pan and pat it down firmly. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for about 45 minutes. It’s delicious both hot and cold.
