Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 pinch(s) marjoram, shredded
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp oil (garlic)

Clean the bell peppers, onion, and spring onions and cut into small cubes. Place the minced meat in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, spices, mustard, and oil. Mix everything thoroughly with an electric hand mixer. Gradually fold in the onion, spring onions, bell peppers, and peas, carefully ensuring they don’t mash. Shape into a roll and place in a small baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Check occasionally to see if the meatloaf is cooked through. The preparation time varies depending on the length and thickness of the roll. Serve with potato wedges and a delicious peppercorn sauce.
