Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 250 g wheat flour type 550
  • 330 ml Pils
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients and let rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake on the middle rack for about 35 minutes, or a little longer depending on your oven.
