Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), white
- 1 fennel
- 1 carrot(s)
- 6 tomatoes, dried
- 1 pack of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, possibly zhatar
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian, healthy
Slice the onion into rings and fry in olive oil. Slice the fennel and add it. Peel the carrot into thin slices and add them to the pan. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces and add them. Fry everything and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
