Mediterranean Lamb!

The perfect mediterranean lamb! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Lamb loin
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes happened
  • 1 Small can Chambignons
  • 1 Small can Green beans
  • 1 piece Chopped tomato
  • 20 piece Olive filled
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 0,25 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 piece Onion white
  • 5 Branches Rosemary fresh
  • 0,5 Cup Red wine
  • 1 shot Lamb marinade
  • Clarified butter
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Marinate the lamb one day before! see: Saddle of lamb – herbal medallions
  2. Heat the butter lard in a pan and fry the marinated and well-dried fillets medium (or as you like) and add the rosemary sprigs to fry.
  3. At the end of frying, briefly sear the tomato paste, deglaze with wine and marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Simultaneously with the sirloin, put the butter in a second pan, fry the onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes as well as the parsley and chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper and serve with the sirloin with toast.
