Mediterranean Lamb!
The perfect mediterranean lamb! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Lamb loin
- 1 Cup Tomatoes happened
- 1 Small can Chambignons
- 1 Small can Green beans
- 1 piece Chopped tomato
- 20 piece Olive filled
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 0,25 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Onion white
- 5 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 0,5 Cup Red wine
- 1 shot Lamb marinade
- Clarified butter
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marinate the lamb one day before! see: Saddle of lamb – herbal medallions
- Heat the butter lard in a pan and fry the marinated and well-dried fillets medium (or as you like) and add the rosemary sprigs to fry.
- At the end of frying, briefly sear the tomato paste, deglaze with wine and marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Simultaneously with the sirloin, put the butter in a second pan, fry the onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes as well as the parsley and chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper and serve with the sirloin with toast.
