Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 10 black olives, chopped
  • 10 tomatoes, dried, without oil, chopped
  • Basil, rosemary and thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • ½ package of feta cheese
  • olive oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the breadcrumbs in a little hot water. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, olives, and tomatoes together well, then season the meatball mixture with the herbs and spices. Dice the feta. Take about two tablespoons of the mixture in each hand, place the feta in the dough, and enclose it with the meatball mixture to form balls. Add olive oil to the pan and heat until hot. First, sear the meatballs all over, then cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot or cold.
