Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g turkey breast or chicken
  • 10 ml sunflower oil
  • 60 g tomato paste
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 400 g tomatoes, chopped, from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

4 – 6 servings, depending on hunger

First, slice the bell peppers into strips and then fry them in a pan or pot with oil for about 5-10 minutes. During this time, slice the onion and dice the turkey. Add both to the bell peppers and fry for another 5 minutes. Now add the garlic (in small sticks) and tomato paste to the pan and fry everything until it starts to roast. When it has enough roasting, add the stock and chopped tomatoes and simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the cream cheese and simmer uncovered until it reaches the desired consistency. Seasoning is up to each individual. I personally only use a little salt, pepper, paprika and chili. 325 kcal per portion.
