Mediterranean Mushroom Vegetables

The perfect mediterranean mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 125 ml Water
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Thyme dry
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt turkish
  • 4 tsp Chopped parsley
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Cook a stock from the water, oil, broth, the spices and tomato paste.
  1. Let the onion and mushrooms simmer in the stock for 15 minutes, season again if necessary with salt and pepper. Remove the bay leaf and serve the mushrooms. Put 1 tablespoon of yoghurt on each serving and decorate with parsley. I just had browned meat loaf with it.
