Mediterranean Mushroom Vegetables
The perfect mediterranean mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 125 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Thyme dry
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 tbsp Yogurt turkish
- 4 tsp Chopped parsley
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Cook a stock from the water, oil, broth, the spices and tomato paste.
- Let the onion and mushrooms simmer in the stock for 15 minutes, season again if necessary with salt and pepper. Remove the bay leaf and serve the mushrooms. Put 1 tablespoon of yoghurt on each serving and decorate with parsley. I just had browned meat loaf with it.
