Mediterranean Veggi Noodle Pan
The perfect mediterranean veggi noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Onion red
- Vegeta spice
- 1 small Zucchini
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- 1 tablespoon Philadelphia
- 1 tablespoon Olives
- 1 tablespoon Caper berries
- 20 piece Cocktail tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Spaghetti
- Cut the onion into small cubes and roast in the olive oil – cut the zucchini into cubes and roast with them – season with vegeta salt, pepper and chilli – add the philadelphia and stir well – cover and let rest without heat until the noodles are ready
- cook the spaghetti according to the instructions – then pour off the boiling water and mix the noodles in the pan with the vegetables
