Mediterranean Veggi Noodle Pan

The perfect mediterranean veggi noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Onion red
  • Vegeta spice
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Philadelphia
  • 1 tablespoon Olives
  • 1 tablespoon Caper berries
  • 20 piece Cocktail tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Spaghetti
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and roast in the olive oil – cut the zucchini into cubes and roast with them – season with vegeta salt, pepper and chilli – add the philadelphia and stir well – cover and let rest without heat until the noodles are ready
  2. cook the spaghetti according to the instructions – then pour off the boiling water and mix the noodles in the pan with the vegetables
