Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets (pangasius fillet)
- 4 zucchini
- 3 bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- rosemary
- Thyme
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the zucchini into half slices and the bell pepper into approximately 1cm pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the zucchini and bell pepper until crispy. Season with rosemary, thyme, pepper, and salt. Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped garlic. Place the pangasius fillets in 4 small dishes (or 1 large dish) and cover with vegetables. Sprinkle the diced feta cheese over the top. Then bake in the oven at 190°C (convection oven) for approximately 30-40 minutes.
