Roasted honey nuts with sesame

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the sesame seeds in a pan without oil and roast until the seeds begin to pop. They should be golden brown. Then toast the peanuts in the pan, but only lightly, as the peanuts will stay in the pan longer and otherwise turn black. Drizzle with the honey and salt, stirring constantly, and roast for about another 3 minutes. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds. Pour the sticky nut mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it as evenly as possible. Let the mixture dry and store it in a container lined with parchment paper.
