Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 large mild onion
- 60 g cream cheese
- 40 g cream cheese, grainy
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 300 g pasta
- 1 bunch of basil
- e.g. gratin cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with chicken, tomatoes, onions and basil
Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a little oil until just cooked through. Meanwhile, slice the large onion and beefsteak tomatoes about 1 cm thick. Mix the cream cheese and the grainy cream cheese with the broth and set aside. First, place the raw pasta in a baking dish. Spread the cooked meat and fresh basil leaves on top. Cover everything with the tomato and onion slices, preferably alternating layers, and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper and, if desired, top with gratin cheese. Place in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.
