Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 200 g dried tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 ml oil (basil oil), alternatively olive oil is also possible
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- some basil, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese and add to the pasta. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired. Add the oil and frozen basil to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, toast the sunflower seeds in a pan and add them to the salad shortly before serving. If you like, you can also garnish the salad with olives; black olives are best.
