Mediterranean salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 1 shot of vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • garlic powder
  • lots of Maggi, liquid
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs (salad herbs), dried
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • e.g. iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine a dash of oil, a dash of herb vinegar, and plenty of Maggi, then stir in the Italian salad herbs and garlic powder. The sauce should have the consistency of pesto. Now clean the bell peppers, cucumber, and tomatoes, roughly chop them, and fold them in. Place iceberg lettuce on a plate and arrange the remaining lettuce on top. Finally, tear the smoked salmon into strips and arrange them on top of the salad. Serve with fresh baguette.
