Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg triplets
- 200 g feta cheese (sheep’s feta)
- 10 olives, black
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 5 plum tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Quarter the triplets. Dice all other ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cook, covered, in the oven for about 40 minutes. Tip: Serve as a side dish with steak or as a main course with salad.
