Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ tomato(s)
- 1 ½ cloves garlic
- 10 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary needles
- 12 basil leaves
- 8 leaves of oregano
- 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the garlic, tomatoes, and spices. Mix with the cream cheese, balsamic vinegar, and oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and puree everything. Season with salt and pepper. It tastes best the next day. Simply refrigerate and remove about an hour before serving. Of course, the spread can also be eaten immediately.
