Mediterranean triplets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 small potatoes (triplets)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • herbs, Italian
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dry the potatoes. Arrange the potatoes in a casserole dish or similar and drizzle with olive oil to coat the bottom. Peel and halve the garlic and spread it in the dish. Add the rosemary sprigs and season with the herbs and salt. Cook at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, turning twice during this time. It goes well with pan-fried dishes or as a side dish for grilling, as well as with herb curd.
