Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, new
- olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 50 g salt, coarse
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brush the potatoes thoroughly under running water and cut them in half. Brush a baking sheet with a little olive oil and place the potatoes cut-side up. Melt butter in a saucepan and brush the tops of the potatoes with it. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
