- 85 g butter, soft
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 60 g brown sugar
- 90 g white sugar
- 50 g oat flakes
- 55 g chocolate shavings
- 30 g chocolate drops
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
Beat the egg and butter together in a bowl until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in. Place approximately 12 equal-sized dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-14 minutes.
