Melle's tuna spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 2 cans of tuna, natural, drained
  • ½ pack of parsley, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream (250 g)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (medium cup)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • nutmeg
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Pour a splash of oil into a medium-sized pan. Add the tuna to the hot pan and let it heat up briefly. Peel the onion and chop it finely along with the parsley. Add it to the tuna and fry everything briefly. Then add the medium cup of water with two level teaspoons of vegetable stock and let everything simmer briefly. Now add the sour cream and crème fraîche. Simmer until everything forms a creamy sauce. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Plate the spaghetti with the tuna sauce and serve. Tip: A mixed salad also goes well with this.
