Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 kg potatoes
- 200 g remoulade
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
- 1 package bacon, diced, lean
- 1 small onion(s)
- some salt
- some pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
delicious potato salad with bacon, onion and gherkins
Boil the potatoes (or cook them dripping wet for 20 minutes at 600 watts in the Tupperware Micro-3 Cooking Set), then peel and slice. Dice the gherkins, fry the bacon and onion, and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper and mix again. Let it marinate well (refrigerate) until ready to serve.
