Melon – Banana – Pear – Mousse

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 300 g mild yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and chop the fruit, and puree it with a hand blender. Add the powdered sugar and yogurt and blend well. Divide everything among 6 bowls and decorate as desired.
