Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 melon(s) (caramel watermelon, approx. 200 g)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 small jars of rum
- 125 g raspberries, frozen
- 1 class Bottle/s of sparkling wine (Piccolo)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the watermelon crosswise, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and cut into cubes. Remove the seeds. Add the sugar, raspberries, and rum and mix gently. Chill for 30 minutes, then fill the hollowed-out melons with cold sparkling wine.
