Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Galia melons, cold
- 500 ml sour milk, cold
- 1 lime(s), the juice
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the melons, remove the seeds, cut a few slices with the rind, and set aside for garnish. Peel the remaining melon, cut into pieces, and blend with the sour cream in a blender until smooth. Season with lime and agave syrup. Serve in deep bowls or soup bowls and garnish with the melon slices.
