Melon-ginger water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g watermelon(s) (seeded flesh)
  • 300 g honeydew melon(s) (seeded flesh)
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 ½ liters of still, cold mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Dice the watermelon and honeydew melon flesh. Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise. Rinse the mint and shake dry. Place everything in a glass carafe with a lid, fill with water, and cover. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
