Vegan berry porridge with pistachios

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 tbsp berries, pureed, without sugar
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 8 tbsp oat milk (oat drink)
  • some agave syrup or cane sugar if needed
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the berry puree, oat flakes, and oat milk and bring to a boil. Let it rest for 10 minutes. We always eat it sugar-free, but you can sweeten it a bit if you like. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
