Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g watermelon(s), pulp, cleaned
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped locust bean gum
- 75 g cream
- 75 g milk
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
with ice cream maker, without egg
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Freeze in an ice cream maker. If necessary, place in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for a while (no longer than three hours, otherwise the ice cream will become rock-hard).
