Melon Lemonade

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 650 g melon(s)
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 liter of carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Watermelon for drinking

Cut the cooled melon into pieces, removing the seeds. Then puree it with lemon juice and honey. Pour mineral water over the fruit puree.
