Melon, orange and cashew salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 10 cashews
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • some tonka bean shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve and deseed the honeydew melon. Shape the flesh into balls. Peel and dice the orange. Chop the cashews. Place the melon and seeds on a plate along with the tonka bean zest and juice. Serve after letting it steep for a short time.
