Melon with Parma ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • Pepper, black and freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Italian starter

Halve the melon lengthwise and remove the seeds from the center. Cut each melon half into 4 equal wedges. Separate the flesh from the rind, but leave it on the rind. Cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces, then arrange the pieces staggered on the rind. Season the ham with pepper, roll it loosely, and serve with the melons.
