Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 bunch of basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauté peeled and sliced tomatoes with diced garlic cloves in olive oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve with gnocchi or tagliatelle.
