Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 g pear(s)
- 50 g bread(s) (brown bread)
- 50 g blue cheese
- 50 g yogurt
- 25 g walnuts
- 25 ml apple juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook the potatoes in their jackets and dice them. Cut the pears into pieces and sauté them briefly with the potatoes in the apple juice. Add the cheese and let it melt. Stir in the yogurt, chopped walnuts, and crumbled bread. Let it cool and enjoy!
