  • 145 g Sugar
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 0,25 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel
  • 0,25 Cup Corn syrup
  • 1 Pc. Mint
  1. For the meringue, beat the egg white with the potato starch, apple cider vinegar and salt until frothy. Gradually let the sugar trickle in. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. Place a good tablespoon of the meringue on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and make a well with a spoon. Bake for about 80 minutes at 120 ° C.
