  • 60 g Cocoa butter, alternatively ghee (clarified butter)
  • 30 g Sifted powdered sugar
  • 30 g Whole milk powder 26%
  • 2 tsp Vanilla flavor
  1. In a bowl in a double boiler over medium heat, let the cocoa butter (ghee) become liquid. Then stir in the powdered sugar, then the powdered milk and the aroma, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until everything has dissolved and joined together. Pour into the mold (if available) and let it set in the refrigerator. Otherwise, simply spread a piece of aluminum foil (11 x 19 cm) on a board, fold up the sides 2 cm all around and press the 4 corners together well so that it does not run out. Then pour the liquid mass into it and put it in the fridge with the board.
