  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 500 g minced meat (seasoned, without onions)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 small gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the baguette into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Spread the minced meat on top. Slice the spring onions and the gherkins into rings and distribute them over the tartlets. Arrange everything on a large platter. Ideal for preparing for parties.
