  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

I spread the bread slices thinly with butter. Then I spread the minced meat on top, along with the tomato slices, sliced ​​onions, cucumbers, and finally the cheese and pepper to taste. I place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes.
