Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pork mince
- 8 slices of toast
- 50 g butter
- 2 medium-sized red onions, finely sliced or diced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 pickled gherkins, thinly sliced
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
I spread the bread slices thinly with butter. Then I spread the minced meat on top, along with the tomato slices, sliced onions, cucumbers, and finally the cheese and pepper to taste. I place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes.
