Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin, whole
- 1 tbsp onion(s), dried
- ½ tsp garlic, dried
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients together, form into small meatballs, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or an oiled baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
